Myself, David and Bill will be hosting a Cycle skills session at Bellahouston on Saturday 30th August, 9am – 11am.
The session will be split to allow you to focus on both group riding (and other skills) and on improving your transitions.
These sessions are very good for confidence building and learning some of the etiquette that goes hand in hand with cycling (and racing).
The weather will obviously be brilliant, so there are no weather related excuses that are acceptable.

“Group Bike Riding AND Transition Skills Session
Bellahouston Cycle Track
Saturday 30th August 9-11am £2
Never ridden in a group before at cycling? Nervous if you are cycling in a group? Confident in a group but wonder what all these call and signals mean? Do you want to shave loads of time off your triathlon time with little extra training? This is the session for you!
Bring a working bike, helmet etc and warm clothes as there will also be a little standing about as we go over some of the theory before putting it into practice!
Vicky Begg will add any kit she wants you to bring for the Transition Segment.
If we have enough numbers we will run it 50/50 and then switch over.
See you then!
David, Vicky and Billy Cameron“
