Once again we will be operating a "rolling transition" to allow you to check you in to the event much closer to your anticipated heat time.

When we get within four weeks of  Race Day I will start to use this section of the website to introduce more up-to-the-minute information.  Meantime, if you look through the Race Briefing document you will get a good idea of how the event is expected to unfold.

Race Entry Withdrawal/Refund Policy:

In the unfortunate event you need to withdraw from the race I would be grateful if you could let me know at the earliest opportunity since it may be possible to offer the place to an other person. The policy on refund of your Entry Fee is:

Withdraw up to 30 days prior to the race - 75% Entry Fee refund.

I am unable to offer any refund after this cut off point.
