Throughout June, the club is organising a a run challenge for all members. There is a Wee Running Challenge and a Big Running Challenge. Do one, or the other, or both.
To take part, you run the distances in your chosen challenge set out below and record your times.
All distances must be completed separately and please keep to the “stay local” guidelines of the Scottish Government Lockdown Phase 1. Phase 1 also calls for people to exercise with only one other person from a different household and to remain social distanced.
Wee Running Challenge
Three runs to complete.
Big running challenge
5 runs to complete.
- 21k (half-marathon).
Email your name, age and the times for each distance to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you state which challenge you are doing. Sean will adjust the times according to age and gender and then he will work out the average time for each challenge.
He will compile the times in a league.
Please send the times as you do them. You can try several times at one distance. It will be your best times for each distance that are used for the challenge rankings.
