The club is offering a fantastic programme of virtual training and coaching throughout lockdown 2020. You can find out about all the sessions, including running, spin, strength & conditioning, yoga and sports psychology on the training page.
The GTC Facebook group is an excellent source of information, too, with a link to all the events.
The virtual sessions are delivered in a variety of ways, such as via recorded videos, through the on-line group video app Zoom and by downloadable podcasts. All the instructions are included for each session, including what kit you might need.
To facilitate the on-line training sessions, GTC is asking for a weekly donation of £5. We know that some people have reduced incomes due to the Covid-19 crisis so please be aware that this is a donation request. However, if you can pay for the week at a very generous rate of £5 please do. Even if you do not take up the training sessions, you can still donate. See the booking page.
Please note: Mark Russell’s Kridaka Yoga sessions are charged separately. Mark is asking that people pay if they can and he is suggesting £5 or £6 per session.
We hope that the full programme of coached and guided sessions will help to keep members motivated while staying home and staying local.
