As we start 2021, the club’s “at home” training plan delivered by an expert team of coaches again offers members some great opportunities for sessions during tighter Covid-19 restrictions.
Sessions, such as spin and strength and conditioning, are offered via Zoom. There are run sessions delivered by podcasts and also as a Training Peaks download.
In addition, there are weekly sports psychology soundbites, a live GTC question time, plus a range of triathlon-focused interviews with the GTC podcast.
It is a good idea to regularly check the GTC blog and website – and keep an eye on the Glasgow Tri Club Facebook group for details of training, how to sign up and book sessions and other “stay local” challenge events.
