Swim and win!

Dear All,

Make the best start you can to your racing by being out of the blocks, away from the pontoon or splashing through the sand first.  Your swim sets you up in your race mode and without it you’d be a duathlete!

Swim sessions at the pool are less well attended during the summer months, and we’d like to encourage you back to the regular Tuesday/Sunday habit that works so well during the winter months.

Your coaches are always at the sessions and the swimmers who turn up are getting the best attention – don’t let them beat you by virtue of you not being there!

Oh, and we’ve really nothing against duathletes (winter warriors that you are!).
