As the light evenings progress, the session times may vary slightly to accommodate a slightly longer session. The session will accommodate two main groups of riders; those familiar with group riding and hoping to progress from their current skill and fitness level and those new to group riding or to bicycle riding in general who want to gain completely new skills.  In both cases, you will be riding in a traffic free environment. The session coaches will also encourage you join in with a Brick run (after your cycle).

Wednesday/Friday: Open water swimming

These sessions are NOT COACHED. Open water swimming must always be with other swimmers (please do not swim alone) and many members head to one of the local lochs, such as Loch Lomond and Loch Ard during the summer months. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for details of these informal sessions.
